Wonderful and fabulous venue, unbeatable location so close to the gift shop and the Heathman in the past, really enjoyed our stay. Reasonably large and relaxing units with comfortable bed, a mini-happy hour on weekdays plus sofa, and the stuff where pleasant;))

Hotel as a whole is amazing and terrific, I loved it.
It has helpful and welcoming employees. The location is best possible, 10 minutes' walk to Vancouver Mall. It's in a nice building in the fairly nice area.

The room was spotless and huge with climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen TV.
Clean hotel with welcoming and exceptional staff. Beautiful building and rooms with walkout patio. Fast check in and in general good service. The pool area was nice too. Superb restaurant for dinner. A wonderful and charming property, my first choice in Vancouver.

We, as a couple, enjoyed the experience. We would definitely come back. I neglected to ask for airconditioning, which I would confirm next time. Fortunately the weather was not too hot. We prefer a cooler room at night. We managed with a 5 inch window opening. Otherwise all was great. Ambience was lovely.
Short on luggage trollies. None was avail. For our 30 min. Period and still could not retrieve one with help from staff member. We simply carried own luggage and golf clubs. Maybe a gps on trolley would help locate them. Otherwise not a huge problem. Good effort.

I loved the value for what you get: cozy lobby, excellent restaurant, and a great gym with pool, spa, and sauna. Overall, this is one of the best deals in the greater Portland area.
Two complaints, but minor ones. The first is the layout of the spa/sauna since I didn't like having to walk through the gym room to get to the sauna since that's not a private area. The second is more about the location, since it's in an office park area; on the other hand, I'm guessing that many guests are visiting for a nearby business or an onsite meeting.

The decor was reminiscent of a national park lodge and the food at the restaraunt was excellent. We also appreciated the quality coffee drinks available at the front desk.

I love the design, I feel like I am in the mountains but downtown portland is only 15 minutes away.
The doors are very loud when they shut. So at 1 a.m. when a person leaves their room the door is so loud when it shuts it wakes you up.
